Service Description

This intake appointment is the starting point for APV resume and career-material services. We’ll review your current experience, target roles, career goals, and any existing resume, cover letter, biography, or related materials. The purpose of the session is to identify what you need, clarify the strategy, and determine the best next steps for your project.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled online with at least 24 hours’ notice at no additional charge. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $50 late-cancellation fee. Clients who do not attend a scheduled appointment and do not provide notice may be charged a $75 no-show fee. Once an intake meeting has occurred, the related project becomes active and is non-refundable. Two revisions are included within the original project scope. APV understands that emergencies can occur and may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
